Description:
Constructed in 1927, the Venetian Causeway consists of 12 bridges – 10 fixed and two bascule bridges – which span the 11 man-made Venetian Islands.

Usage Restriction:
The restrictions vary depending on the vehicle type, i.e. number of wheels, etc. Any vehicle that exceeds 7 tons in total weight needs to secure a permit from Miami-Dade County. City of Miami Beach must also be notified 305-673-7070. KNOWN RESTRICTIONS: NO ITC No filming on weekends or Holidays No filming during rush hour Must go with the flow of traffic No impeding marine traffic No impeding pedestrian traffic No impeding bridge operations NO DRONES ON THE BRIDGE Requires Miami-Dade County police.
